Out-of-State Field Trip / Excursion Request

All fields are required.

All School-sponsored out of state travel MUST be approved by the School Board prior to any trip being advertising, planned, and/or collecting any money from students and parents. Online travel proposals forms should be completed and submitted at least 1-month prior to seeking School Board approval. Once the online form has been received, the coach/sponsor will be notified that their online request has been received and their proposal will be added as an action item to the next School Board meeting agenda. The Pleasantville School Board meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
